DermaFreeze365, as with any cosmetic product that contains water, will dry out if left exposed to air for a length of time. DermaFreeze365 is shipped with a disk that is placed over the opening of the jar and fits under the lid. Replace this disk, and close the lid securely after each use to help maintain the integrity of your product.

I just purchased dermafreeze @ CVS on 7/26/2008 the product did not come with a protective disk on the container. The cream is very think and is very difficult to smooth on. Is there something I can do. I have been very happy with this product in the past but very disappointed this time. When I smooth it on it flakes and gives the appearance of dry skin.
