Yes, use of a sunscreen is necessary while using any of the Vita-K kits, and highly recommended as part of your normal daily routine. The action in each of our kits helps to exfoliate the top layer of dead skin cells, revealing fresh new skin. Exposure to the sun will reverse the effects of the kits, causing oxidative damage. The signs of oxidative damage are dark pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, etc – the very things you are using the kits to help eliminate. If you run out of the sunscreen provided in any of the kits, Vita-K Solutions for Sun Spots, SPF 15 is available at select retailers, or via the internet at www.woodridgelab.com. You may also use any other sunscreen.
