- Can I use my normal night cream after using the Chemical Peel?
Yes, as long as it does not contain Resorcinol, Phenol, or Salicylic Acid. If irritation does occur, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Can I use the Microdermabrasion Kit and the Chemical Peel Kit on the same day?
We recommend using only one of these products at a time. Follow the instructions and the recommended course of action for maximum results for each kit. Let skin rest at least one week before starting a new specialized treatment.
- How do the acids in each of the Vita-K kits work?
The acids help to dissolve the “glue” that holds the top layer of cells to your skin. Once this “glue” has dissipated, the dead surface cells can be washed away.

The number of usages will be dependant on the amount of product you apply each use – generally from 7 to 24 applications per bottle/kit.

Other than the sunscreens in the included SPF products, which are formulated to offer an SPF of 15, there are no actives in any of the Vita-K specialized kits. All our kits are classified as cosmetic products. Active ingredients are defined by law, and must be stated as such.
- If I use an additional moisturizer will it lessen or reverse the effects of the kit.
No, however, please remember to allow each product to absorb and dry before applying the next product. It is recommended to follow the instructions on each of the kits for maximum results.
- If I use the Chemical Peel Kit in the evening, do I need to apply Step 3, the SPF product?
The SPF product is for use during the day, to protect your skin from the sun. When using at night, do not apply the SPF.
